GAL Multivitamin – 30-day supply

We developed our GAL Multivitamin in the light of the latest research, keeping naturalness and real-life dietary patterns in mind, so that it contains every vitamin, mineral and trace element in an ideal form, amount and ratio, not deviating from how we could obtain them through a constantly nutrient-rich, varied diet. Where beneficial, the vitamins and minerals partly come from extracts of medicinal and culinary herbs from organic (bio) cultivation. As for the amounts, it was important to us throughout that the daily serving definitely contains the dose found to be effective, but under no circumstances exceeds realistic amounts, i.e. amounts that could not be covered by diet in any way. Beyond that, it is extremely important that nothing that does not belong gets in the way of the carefully selected raw materials. You will not find a trace of anything like that in our product.

Daily serving: 1 Vitamin C capsule (white) + 1 Lipophilic oil capsule (brown) + 2 Hydrophilic powder capsules (yellow).

Recommended dosage: With any main meal during the day, all four capsules can be taken at once, although it is better in the morning or during the day than in the evening. If you want to maximise utilisation and/or have a sensitive stomach, take the white capsule on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal, 1 of the yellow capsules with your first main meal and 1 with your second, and the soft gelatin oil capsule with any main meal, but best with the meal richest in fat that is not in the evening.

Our optional supplementation suggestion in case you do not eat saltwater fish/seafood 1-2 times a week: GAL Omega-3 Eco. If your diet is not rich in magnesium (you do not eat a good portion of game meats, cephalopods, molluscs, leafy green vegetables, quinoa or pumpkin every day), also take a good-quality magnesium; you will find two kinds in our range.

Attention: not recommended for those taking coumarin-type anticoagulants!

Shelf life: Cut open the pouch inside the box with scissors along the notch visible on its edges, and later reseal it carefully; this way its contents remain consumable for a quarter of a year. The silica gel insert in the product also serves to absorb ambient moisture, helping to keep the capsules in perfect quality.

Do not exceed the recommended intake! The product is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store out of the reach of children.
